Hello, Health Talks community! This is Shiv, a high school student and the founder of The Health Talks! Today, on June 26, 2025, I had the wonderful opportunity of leading a group of 50 people in Hands-Only CPR instruction with the American Red Cross. This was a very fulfilling experience. It’s remarkable how it just takes 2 hands to save a life.
